Welcome to Chaos Studio. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're shorter than most and written by humans, not robots. (Well, mostly.)

1. WHAT WE DO

Chaos Studio is an AI-powered print-on-demand platform. You describe a design, our AI generates it, we print it on a tee and ship it to you. Simple chaos.

2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT — PLEASE READ THIS

Our designs are created using artificial intelligence. While we've built guardrails to ensure quality, AI can and does make mistakes. This includes:

  • Unexpected design outputs that don't match your prompt exactly
  • Imperfect text rendering or unusual visual interpretations
  • Variations in style, colour, or composition from what you imagined

By placing an order, you acknowledge that AI-generated designs may not be pixel-perfect representations of your prompt. You are responsible for reviewing your design before adding it to cart. We do not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with AI output.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A USER

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit to our AI. By using Chaos Studio, you agree that you will not submit prompts that:

  • Include copyrighted characters, logos, or intellectual property — Disney, Marvel, Nike, Pokemon, or any other protected IP. You are legally responsible for any IP violations arising from prompts you submit.
  • Are hateful, offensive, discriminatory, or violent in nature
  • Contain sexually explicit or adult content
  • Target or harass real individuals
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws

Chaos Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without refund.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Designs generated on Chaos Studio are created for personal use. You may not:

  • Resell or commercially reproduce designs generated on our platform without written permission
  • Claim AI-generated designs as original hand-crafted artwork for commercial purposes

5. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep Chaos Studio running smoothly, but as a growing platform we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, AI errors, or generation failures.

6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Chaos Studio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
