REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Every Chaos Studio tee is made-to-order, just for you. That means once your design goes to print, it exists solely because you wanted it to. We take that seriously — and we ask you to as well.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order — no questions asked.

After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled. This is because every piece is custom-printed on demand.

To cancel, email us at urbanalley.in@gmail.com with your order number within the 24-hour window.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

We stand behind every product we ship. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:

Your product arrives damaged — torn, defective, or unwearable
You received the wrong size or colour from what you ordered

To claim a refund or replacement, email urbanalley.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue

We'll sort it out, no chaos.

NO REFUNDS FOR:

Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window
Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated design you approved before ordering
Sizing issues if the correct size was delivered as per your order

Since every design is unique and generated specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for subjective reasons.
